APLNG CARPARK redevelopment

Project required installation and relocation of services, detailed stakeholder interaction on ferry terminal and with client, substantial drainage and pavement construction to all MRTS specifications and testing requirements.

 

Scope of works:

– Converting the existing bus parking area at FLNE to a carpark for 210 vehicles (205 car parks, 5 motorcycle parks) with associated disabled and motorcycle provisions to support operational phase personnel transfer, Downsizing the existing RORO truck mustering area and convert to support the operational phase. Replacement of existing pavements and drainage to be more effective. Nominal lighting to achieve the requirements of category 11C lighting in accordance with AS1158 including light pole positions as well as cable paths and additional and revised electrical and communication network, Landscaping and supporting irrigation to achieve the aesthetic requirements of GPC, new site security including fencing and CCTV cameras.

– 40mm AC10 Asphalt wearing course, AMCO prime, 10mm C170 Bitumen seal.

Heavy stakeholder involvement as Ferry terminal was operational, service relocation and installation, extensive drainage, pavement, Lighting, security and CCTV works
